2. Definitions

• "User," "you," and "your" refer to any person accessing or using the Website
• "We," "us," and "our" refer to yourfirststore.com, operated from New South Wales, Australia
• "Platform" refers to the yourfirststore.com website and associated services
• "Store" refers to any online store created using our Platform

3. Service Terms

3.1. Transaction Fees

• We charge a 5% fee on all transactions processed through the Platform
• All fees are automatically deducted from the transaction amount
• Payment processing fees charged by Stripe are separate from our fees

3.2. Free Trial

• The 14-day free trial begins on the day of account creation
• A valid credit card is required to start the trial
• Your card will not be charged during the trial period
• After the trial period ends, your card will automatically be charged the monthly subscription fee unless you cancel
• You may cancel at any time during the trial period without charge

3.3. Payment Processing

• All payments are processed through Stripe
• Store owners receive payments on a daily basis via Stripe
• Store owners are responsible for providing accurate banking information

3.3. Store Activity Requirements

• Stores must maintain active transactions within every 30-day period
• Stores with no transactions for 30 consecutive days will be automatically closed
• Closed stores may reapply for activation after the closure period

4. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use the Website for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Upload malicious content
• Impersonate others
• Manipulate the Platform's systems or processes

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by Australian copyright laws and international conventions.

6. Liability

Under Australian Consumer Law:

• We provide statutory warranties and guarantees
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law
• We are not liable for consequential losses

7. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
